I surely do not understand our transport system in Rwanda.

Whereas other countries are trying to avoid road accidents by introducing stringent rules against overloading, for us here, it looks like we are just promoting overloading especially in public transport.

Taxis load 4-5 passengers per seat. Not only is this a potential source for accidents but also causes discomfort.

 So the name should be Tubyigane instead of Twegerane.
