Allow me through your esteemed newspaper to move vote of thanks to Fernandes Clarence for his love for this great nation, Rwanda.

Reading through The New Times every morning has become a norm and every time, I can’t fail to see a letter from Mr Fernandes.

What he writes shows that he keenly follows developments in the country. And he provides interesting solutions and comments on a number of issues in the country.

Rwanda has great friends and through partners like him, I am sure the country is destined for even greater heights.
