STRIKERS Cricket Club have their eyes on a maiden title when they play Indorwa in today’s Robotics T-20 final at Kicuriko oval.

Strikers skipper Subhashish Samal is confident of upstaging his former side despite marching into the contest as the underdogs.

"It is our first final and although we have an inexperienced team, there is great motivation in the team,” Samal said.

Samal will be boosted by the fact that they reached the final after a semi-final victory over Kigali Cricket Club (KCC), the most successful club in Rwandan cricket.

On top of a winners’ trophy, cash prizes will be dished out to the winners, runners-up, Man of the series, best bowler, best batsman and best fielder.
