AMAVUBI Coach Sellas Tetteh will only ponder on a friendly for the National team after getting a full house - that is after the arrival of the professional players.

The Ghanaian summoned seven pros for the crucial tie and they include youngsters Andrew Buteera and Charles Tibingana, Elias Uzamukunda, Bokota Labama, Patrick Mafisango, Haruna Niyonzima and Kalisa Mao.

Tetteh told Times Sport that it’s only after their arrival that he will consider the team engraining in friendly games.

"We are still assessing the players’ fitness levels and the injuries in the team are making it difficult to organize for friendlies,” he conceded.

"But once the professionals join camp next week, we shall give it a second thought,” the Ghanaian added.

Jean Luc Ndayishimiye alias Bakame, who was appointed captain for the provisional team, is down with malaria, while Emery Bayisenge suffered an ankle injury in training early this week.

The duo follows left back Abouba Sibomana who is still nursing a thigh injury.

However, Tetteh remains optimistic about the trio’s availability for next month’s crucial 2012 Africa Nations Cup qualifier against Ivory Coast.

Rwanda find themselves in a difficult position after losing three; Ivory Coast (0-3), Benin (0-3) and Burundi (1-3), of their opening four qualifiers.

With three points to their name, the wasps lie at the bottom of the group, a point adrift of Benin and Burundi and nine short of the Elephants, who are already through after a run of four successive wins.

To sneak through, Rwanda need to win their remaining games (Ivory Coast and Benin) and pray that results in the other group ties (Ivory Coast vs Burundi and Benin and Burundi) go their way.

The 2012 Nations Cup will be jointly held by Equatorial Guinea and Gabon.
