He pointed out this will be a good time as they are brought together by the bank and combine efforts in contributing to bank development as they improve their fitness.
According to Rwelinyange, the sporting event was held under the ‘Banking on fitness’ and attended by 150 and they hope the number will increase in the future.
Theonestine Mukabanana, a bank employee, hailed this initiative saying that it will help them in various ways, and as a commercial bank, it is their responsibility to be part of a government program such as sports.
"The activity will be a good opportunity to bring us together and contribute to strengthening teamwork as well as good health which will help us to work properly," she said
Moreover, Mukabanana urges other banks and institutions to join them in implementing the government agenda along with her workmates who failed to make it on the first day due to various reasons to join in the future
