I read with appreciation the story that appeared in yesterday’s issue of The New Times titled "Rwanda is exemplary - WB official”.

Like many Rwandans, we should be grateful to our visionary leadership that has done well to uplift people’s lives and redouble our efforts to reduce poverty.

Rwandans’ lives have changed positively over the last 17 years.

Rwanda has done well in other areas as well. Doing business has been eased following several reforms by Rwanda Development Board. No wonder, many investors come to explore business opportunities.
