TWENTY seven referees and assistant referees have passed Caf’s fitness test. According to referees’ instructor Athanase Nkubito, 13 center referees and 14 assistants passed the test which is a prerequisite ahead of the new season.

Issa Kagabo, Hudu Munyemana, Ambroise Hakizimana, Felicien Kabanda, Theogene Ndagijimana and Eric Ruhamiriza were among those who passed.
Those who failed included Paul Bushayija, Emery Kamanzi, Patrick Ngendahimana, Alexis Ingabire, Ignace Itangishaka, Emmanuel Mugenzi, Jean Claude Nsabimana, Hamdan Ndayambaje, Jean Paul Ingabire, Rabin Karambizi and Zephanie Niyonkuru.
Those who passed are;
Referees; Balthazar Ahishakiye, Edouard Bahizi, Abdou Hakizimana, Louis Hakizimana, Claude Ishimwe, Kagabo, Ahmed Kagabo, Moise Mulindangabo, Gervais Munyaneza, Munyemana, F. Xavier Ngarambe, Jean Claude Nsabimana and Twagirumukiza.
Assistant referees; Pacifique Ayubusa, Eric Bayingana, Nonati Bwiriza, Ambroise Hakizimana, Corneille Hategikimana, Fidele Hategikimana, Alain Intwari, Honore Simba, Alain Zimulinda, Felicien Kabanda, Jean Paul Munyaneza, Theogene Ndagijimana, Jean Bosco Niyitegeka and Eric Ruhamiriza.
Women referees; Speciose Nyinawabari, Valerie Nzamwitakuze, Angelique Tuyishime, Sandrine Usenga, Petronille Niragire and Francine Ingabire.
