American singer/songwriter, Lady Gaga, brought her own fashion rules in music and it worked for her. At least, one who does not know her songs knows her special dresses and makeup.

Yeah, sometimes she looks scary, especially when she mentions her obsession as blood and semen; but that she remains a superstar, for her fashion.

Some of the local artists do even better music than Beyonce or Jayz, but are denied the celebrity status by the way they dress.

Tuff Gang for instance; I loved their music since they entered showbiz, but honestly, I started accepting them as stars when they improved their dress code.

A singer who does not dress for a function looks out of place. A performer at a VIP party would dress up almost official, just like one expects different attire in a club show.

Ms Trinity for example, was not a popular name in Rwanda, even after singing with reggae star, Beanie man. 

In her December performance in Rwanda, fans just cheered on, not because of her one known song, but for her irresistible dress.

Before the Jamaican’s visit, Ugandan duo HB Toxic used a similar toxin at one of the performances in Rwanda.

The fans would have been bored at their songs too, but had to keep in the air because of their appearance on stage.
