Allow me to express my sincere gratitude to parents and guardians who play a big role of teaching their children good morals.

Recently while resting at home I watched children act on the national television and got so excited on how they got to know different ways and ideas on how to protect their lives so as to become wonderful citizens of the country.

I also encourage the parents, guardians and teachers who have a lazy attitude towards counseling the children to wake up so as to defend their children from this unfriendly world.

I believe with such a social responsibility we will build a strong and dependable Rwanda .
