Editor, Allow me through your esteemed newspaper to express my appreciation for the work being done by members of the UK Conservatives under their social action project, “Umubano.” The Conservatives have worked closely with our government for many years and this partnership has helped all Rwandans from all walks of life. I am certain this project which involves activities in a diverse range of areas will improve the standard of living for all of us.

The Conservatives have worked closely with our government for many years and this partnership has helped all Rwandans from all walks of life. I am certain this project which involves activities in a diverse range of areas will improve the standard of living for all of us.
Also, the volunteers’ work in areas such as Education, Business, Community Development, Health and Justice will help improve the skills of Rwandans.
The fact that these volunteers who include Members of Parliament, Ministers, lawyers, nurses, business people, teachers and students have since 2007 funded their own visits to help Rwandans build their country is a sign of a good working relationship between Rwanda and the UK, which should maintained.
