The move by a Norwegian Court to have Charles Bandora, extradited to Rwanda to face charges of committing Genocide related atrocities is commendable.  It  is important that all those suspected to have committed Genocide against Tutsi have their day in court.

In Rwanda, evidence will  be adduced to expose the role played by Bandora during the Genocide. I also wish to appeal to other countries both in Africa and beyond to investigate people suspected to have committed Genocide, residing in their respective countries.

Unity and reconciliation works truly when those who played a role in the genocide are punished.
