Internationally acclaimed investors recently ranked our country among the top 10 on the African continent to invest in. Many friends from Africa and Europe have been telling me the same.

The Rwanda Development Board (RDB) has put in place a number of reforms that have attracted investors and boosted investment in the country.

Let me take this opportunity to commend our government for setting up attractive business reforms and ensuring security for the people of Rwanda and investors.

I am certain that this achievement has come due to our visionary and committed leadership led by President Paul Kagame. Let us keep up the spirit.
