WITH one year left on Bralirwa’s three-year league sponsorship deal, the country’s leading brewer and soft beverage company is keen to renew its support to the top flight league.
The company’s Commercial Director Alexander Koch has revealed that talks with the local football body, Ferwafa are already on-going.
"We would like to continue being part of football in the country. There is still one-year to go but we have already opened talks about a new sponsorship deal,” he said.
"I am optimistic that a new deal will be signed before the end of next season but that will all depend on what we agree on,” Koch pointed out.
Although there were a few glitches, Koch thinks that the partnership between Bralirwa and Ferwafa has so far been good.
"There are some areas that need improvement but overall, the partnership has been good,” he continued.
Bralirwa splashed Rwf 335m in the three-year deal, which also included a pre-season tournament dubbed Primus Cup.
