I would like to vehemently condemn drivers who drink and drive. They have unnecessarily caused death of the innocent and we can no longer stomach this high degree of irresponsibility. How do you call yourself for example a brave man or woman for having been able to drive safely home when you are drunk? It is only by God’s power that you reach.

We are serious on the issue because drunkard drivers are not only dangerous to themselves but to other road users and people neighbouring roads.

The concerned should take strict measures against such drivers before we lose more lives unnecessarily. We are also grateful to our traffic policemen who never go to bed but spend their nights, especially during weekends, regulating driving.
