I would like to extend my condolences to the family and friends of the Late Hon. Aimable Nibishika after his untimely death.

Rwanda has lost a great man known for a great sense of humour and a great debater in our Parliament.

For those who knew the MP, he was a great politician whose contributions to the house will forever be remembered. He was one of the most active legislators and he will certainly be missed.

His service to the country and his role in nation building will remain in the hearts of many who knew him. Death has robbed us of a man whose integrity spoke for itself, a family man and an elder to look up to.

His sense of humour will remain in the memories of many, never boring and a good neighbour. Hon. Nibishaka is a man who would never fail to make the people around him happy. He will surely be missed.

The country has lost an elder and a man of integrity. Rest in Peace Honourable and may your family make it through these hard times.

You left a legacy behind that will never be forgotten.
