Allow me to express my appreciation to Bank of Kigali (BK) for its ambitious plan to expand to all parts of the country.

The recent branches opened in Karongi, Bugarama, Nyanza, Ruhango and Butaro add to the many branches the bank has opened in different parts of the country.

The bank’s plan to expand will benefit hundreds of people who would otherwise not access banking services depending on their locations especially in remote areas.

Bank of Kigali’s decision to take banking and financial services to the locals is very impressive and encouraging. The bank has some of the best services and it is important that all people benefit.

At the same time, the bank’s expansion plans boost people’s chances to save and takes its services closer to the public.

The expansion is timely as it comes when the bank is offering its shares to the public.
