I am happy to learn that renowned international investors have ranked Rwanda among the top 10 countries on the African continent to invest. This is good news to the people of Rwanda, and please, allow me to commend our Government for carrying out attractive business reforms that have attracted more investors.

I am very confident that our country will soon be among the three top African investment destinations.

I am saying this because our Government has shown seriousness and determination to rebuild our economy.

Despite challenges, I know we can do better. I urge all Rwandans to always strive for the better.
