Looking fabulous on your Wedding Day builds your confidence.

It’s a mission for every bride-to-be to drop some pounds before walking down the aisle. The ‘I do’ day is one of the most significant in most women’s lives.

Women do everything in their power to make their wedding day a success because for them it is a moment in life and a dream come true. Although it seems normal to lose some weight before the wedding day, some women make a fuss out of it.

For instance, reality TV beauty Kim Kardashian has been hitting the gym twice a day to slim before walking down the aisle.

Probably it could be blamed on trends but there would be no problem if a woman just maintained their usual weight for the big day.

According to Aba Hagan, Co- Founder of TEMPO magazine, women try to lose weight to fit in that fashionable wedding gown.

"I would lose weight before my wedding day so as not to try and squeeze into the gown, however losing it earlier as a lifestyle is the trick,” Hagan expresses.

She adds that instead of women trying to work on their weight, it’s important to maintain the glow inside out.

"Whatever the size, it’s vital for one’s beauty to come from inside on their wedding day and happiness is paramount,” Hagan said.

Nadia Uwamahoro agrees with Hagan. The 24-year-old said she would not hesitate to losing weight for that memorable day.

"I want to really get in fabulous shape for my wedding day. I weigh 78kgs but if my wedding was in a month’s time, I would work out so as to weigh at least 72kgs,” Uwamahoro explains.

She advised women who want to lose weight in the shortest time possible to try metabolic diets such as Tisane-Freeline.

Since excess weight can cause anxiety, while slimming down, women should embrace good eating habits in an attempt to lose weight.

Weight loss generates fantastic results; however, any bride should be relaxed for their special day.
