Dear Editor,

I would like to bring to public notice that you will never gain anything from the environment unless you give it respect. The irresponsible destruction of the environment by human beings has been their undoing. Human beings are irrational when it comes to exploiting the environment.

This in turn affects them. I therefore call all Rwandans to stop destroying the environment as it equals to self destruction. It is like breaking a plate which you use for eating.

We have a symbiosis relationship with the environment and unless we realise this we shall still starve, die of hunger, etc.

Let me hope people will gain from this humble advice and live in harmony with their environment so as to live a more meaningful life.
