FORMER Amavubi assistant coach Baptiste Kayiranga believes that the national team’s physical strength will be key in Sunday’s 2012 Africa Nations Cup return leg qualifier against Burundi at Prince Louis Rwagasore Stadium.

From the first leg, Burundi proved that they are technically superior but the Kiyovu coach reckons that the wasps can still sail through if they maximize their physical strength.

"I have seen the boys in training and I think they have it all physically. Burundi is a very good side technically but if we combine our technical and physical abilities, we will have the edge,” the former Rayon Sport coach said.

The 42-year-old also shrugged off the threat of Burundi’s Karim Nizigiyimana alias McKenzie, Hussein Mbanza and Faud Ndayisenga.

"They have played in Rwanda for a long time and I’m sure Tetteh has figured out how to contain them.”

McKenzie, who plays at Right back for Rayon Sport is known for his forward runs and crosses while Ndayisenga who plays for Kiyovu can be difficult to contain with his clever dribbles and sublime passes.

Hussein plays in defense and will have his hands full against the likes of Elias Uzamukunda a.k.a Baby and Bokota Labama.

Rwanda is looking for their first away win of the campaign which could leave them second in Group H if Benin loses to Ivory Coast in Abidjan.

Ivory Coast tops the Group with 9 points; Benin is second on 4 points while Rwanda is third on 3 points. Burundi lies at the bottom with one point.
