This letter is with reference to your lead story in yesterday’s issue of The NewTimes entitled " RDB launches Business Centre .”I wish to congratulate John.

Gara, Chief Executive Officer, Clare Akamanzi, Chief Operating Officer and the entire RDB team for establishing a Business Incubation Centre at Masaka, Kigali , with a view to providing strategic support to small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

As mentioned in your article, the aim of this Centre will be to "stimulate growth of sustainable SMEs through service provision, capacity building and access to finance, markets and technologies.”
 
It is this sector,which always supports the economy and RDB’s initiative for the SME sector is admirable

The doors of the Indian Merchants’ Chamber ( IMC) are always open to assist RDB and the Rwanda Private Sector Federation (RPSF ) in all their initiatives and we would be happy to welcome an SME delegation from Rwanda for a study of the SME sector here in Mumbai and for business-to-business meetings with members of our Chamber.
