Charles Haba, president of Real Estates Association of Rwanda said the industry is overwhelmed by lack of professionals.
"Our problem is professionalism we don’t have well skilled personnel in the industry. There is a critical gap in terms of knowledge on valuation in real estate,” said Haba
Michael Gakwandi, the Director General of Century Real Estates observed that the training had provided him with new industry skills.
"I have learnt the basics of valuating a property, and international principles that are used in other countries. It will help us in applying these principles in Rwanda to develop our industry.”
