I have been following President Kagame on Twitter and I must say I was blown away.

It is, however, strange  that  foreigners do not understand what is happening in Rwanda. We are not reinventing the wheel but using the opportunity of the new social networks.

I am an average citizen but I do follow President Paul Kagame and he always tweets with ordinary people like me. This is another face of Rwanda, just like people have been wondering about the orderly and clean streets.

I wish to encourage other EAC Presidents to engage their citizens or electorate like President Kagame does.
