I would like, through your paper, to appreciate the generosity of Rwamagana residents for giving a hand to storm victims.

This shows that Rwandans work together and help each other as one people. We can provide for each other according to our resources. Instead of waiting for charity organisations, we should be in position to help ourselves first.

I, therefore, thank the residents for their good heart and appeal to the rest of Rwandans to take it upon themselves to help each other when need arises.

This incidence should serve as an example to the rest of the country.
