I am writing to commend the Kigali Bus Service (KBS) plan to bring in 20 commuter buses to facilitate transport in our city.

It is indeed a great relief for the average Kigali commuter who on a daily basis faces difficulty to get to their destinations. It is surely stressing when I have to squeeze myself into the common mini-buses.

The buses seem not only comfortable, but also carry more passengers. This I believe will help in decreasing the congestion at bus stops during peak hours.

My request to the management of KBS is to consider opening up more routes especially the Giporoso – Nyabugogo route.
