I am a young married woman with no child. My husband and I live with his younger brother and maternal uncle.  We take care of these two relatives because they are the only living relatives that my husband has.

Unfortunately I have a crush on my brother in law, and I like flirting with him most of the time, which he seems to be enjoying as well.

My husband has not noticed but his uncle has noticed something but he is yet to tell what exactly is there between my brother-in-law and me.  

How do I help myself from falling in love with my brother-in-law?

You have not even settled into your married life and you are already flirting around with your brother in law like a wild horse?

What exactly is it that you want from this young man? Do you know that if this story leaks out to your husband that will be the beginning of the end?

In your position as a sister in law to this young man, you can also be his mentor and maybe even guide him like you would your own son, yet you are the same one who wants to ruin his life.

Once your husband finds out about your fling, he will likely not only severe ties with you, but will also break ties with the only sibling he has been left with; that is his brother.  Do you see how grave this matter is?

My advice to you is that you stop your flirtatious habits with your brother in law and look for some constructive thing to do with your time, instead of just sitting at home looking at your brother in law like the way a hungry dog does when it sees a bone.

Go to college or get yourself a job to do; if you continue being idle you might end up seeing a potential lover in your husband’s uncle as well.

Jenny you are supposed to be a good example to this young man and to many young married women like you. Get a grip on yourself, the rewards will be immense.
