Prime Minister Bernard Makuza will today represent President Paul Kagame at the swearing-in ceremony of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni at Kololo Independence Ground in Kampala.

Other leaders scheduled to attend the ceremony include Presidents Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria, Mwai Kibaki of Kenya and Jakaya Kikwete of Tanzania.
 
Museveni won the February 18 presidential elections with 68 percent of the eight million votes cast. It will be his fifth swearing in ceremony as President
