The 28-year-old, who will fly Rwanda’s flag alongside Jean Baptiste Hakizimana, says he is in perfect shape after weeks of intensive practice at Kigali Golf Course.
"I’m happy with my swing and my putting has improved a great deal,” the golfer said ahead of the Rwf8.2m event.
The tournament is also a warm up to the KCB Rwanda Open slated to run from May 25-29 at the Kigali Golf Club.
Early this year, the KCB Group announced a sponsorship deal of Rwf61.8m for the East African Golf Tour Series.
The tour, which draws both amateur and professional golfers, is jointly held in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda.
