Buffaloes retained their Shark 7s title after beating Sharks 22-7 in Saturday’s Main Cup final at Amahoro Stadium.
The defending champions took a 10-0 first half lead after tries from Alan Mbarushimana and Vincent Kamali.

Sharks pulled one back through Moise Habumugisha but two more tries from Kevin Makmot put the score beyond Sharks’ reach.

Other teams who took part in the one-day event included Grizzlies, Muhanga, Simba, Tumba College, Gorillas and Lion de fer.

Soras and SKOL sponsored the tournament.
