Dear Editor,

The exercise of being photographed for electronic national Identity Cards in Kigali should be extended to a month. Hundreds of people are off duty to go and get them photographed; this takes them many hours and may require more days off because of fatigue.

Each district should be given ten days with at least each cell for the photography exercise; this will make it for Photographers who are overwhelmed by the big turn up and those being photographed.

Employers also should facilitate employees in this exercise because very few people still turn during working hours and people are obliged to use their free time like lunch hour, after work and before reporting to work despite that the exercise would take four days in each district.
