Plot: Decorated soldier Captain Colter Stevens wakes up in the body of an unknown man in a train opposite a woman who seems to know him, his confusion is only minutes before a huge explosion rips the train apart.

Then begins a series of events that he realizes he is more tied to than he would like to be. His mission is to find the bomber of the train before he can set off other bombs in the city.

Verdict: this is a clever sci-fi usage of a biological fact that after you die, your brain stays awake for some time and your memories are still viable.

You have most likely watched one of those movies where they keep repeating the scenes, like vantage point. But Source code brings a whole new twist to that kind of movie because it is touching and actually believable. It is a sad movie in a way.
