The competition, which is held in memory of victims of the1994 Genocide against the Tutsis, will be divided in two categories; Kumite and Kata.
In the build-up to the event, Sinze said that he would stick to the same team which prevailed last year.
"The team is still together so I don’t have to make any changes,” he said.
The varsity side’s surge will be led by Haruna Sibomana, Patrick Banzinabo and Mohammad Semakula.
Others clubs gearing up for the contest include Samurai, Kaisho, APR, Kensei, Aigle, Hantei, Lion, Mamaru, Nyamagabe, Fayt, Kamikaze, ISAE Busogo and Mutara Polytechnic
Meanwhile, the technical director of the National Karate Federation Guy Rurangayire also hinted that the 14th edition would be a selection ground for the All Africa Games in Mozambique as well as the World Junior Karate Championship in Malaysia.
National Demobilization Commission has thrown its weight behind the tournament.
