Hotel Beausejour is a new hotel located in a convenient area of Kigali, Airport road next to the Italian Resto Sole Luna. As you enter through the main door, the reception is right in front of you .

The eating place which opens everyday of the week from 06; 30am to 11pm.is down stairs, turn on your left and follow the stairs down.

 The eating space is spacious, clean and the décor is very welcoming and has special view of town from the top bar and from the verandah at the restaurant. Beausejour offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. They prepare European, African and a variety of pizza.

On the menu, meat specialty; flamed beef fillet with pepper sauce goes for Rwf8, 000. On our visit, I tried out stuffed beef steak with mushrooms, bacon, bread crumbs, and cheese cream at Rwf6000. I washed it down with fresh orange juice; a glass is at Rwf1, 500.
Sodas are sold at Rwf 800.
As for chicken fans, chicken cardon bleu (chicken escalope with cheese and ham) costs Rwf7, 000.

They also do pork. Pork chops with tomato, mushroom, bacon finished with red wine at Rwf8, 000. You can also taste their pork fillet with vegetables and mustard sauce for only Rwf 7,000. They also prepare the famous Igisafuriya, (House pot) Banana, Chicken, vegetables, peanuts, and it feeds up to four people.
 
African tea goes for Rwf2, 000; pepper-mint tea goes for Rwf1, 000 and hot chocolate at Rwf2, 000. The place also boosts of a medium size bar, fully stocked with all drinks, liquors, wines and beers. The price of local beers ranges from Rwf1,000-Rwf1,500.

Beausejour also happens to be a good place to go for a private dinner, table for two or catching up with friends. Free internet connection is also available.
