I wake up at 5:30a.m to listen to the morning news both local and international. By 6:30, I organize to leave for work.

It takes me about 30 minutes to get there. In the office, I first read about what is taking place around the globe. I then check my mails and respond where necessary before I start working on the day’s programme.

My work includes designing tools for marketing the institution, communicating or working with the media as well as other stakeholders.  I have lunch at 12:15 p.m. Work continues until 5 when I head to Alpha Palace for physical fitness exercises.

The exercise takes me an hour. By 7:30, I get home; take a bathe to cool down. I also take some time to read news papers or a novel. It is also this time that I flash back to see if I performed as expected and plan appropriately.

By 8:30, I have supper and relax for 30 minutes. I normally say a night prayer before going to bed.
