Yesterday, the market registered a total turnover of Rwf 760,200 from 4,200 BRALIRWA shares that were traded in three transactions. BRALIRWA shares traded at Rwf 181 per share, an increase of Rwf 1 from the previous closing price of Rwf 180.

The market closed with outstanding bids of 495,800 BRALIRWA shares at Rwf 181 and 37,900 BRALIRWA shares at Rwf 180. There was also one outstanding offer of 4,700 BRALIRWA shares at Rwf 185 per each.

The KCB and NMG counters remained quiet since no activity was recorded. The KCB and NMG share prices remained unchanged from the previous week’s closing prices of Rwf 175 and Rwf 1200, respectively.

The KCB shares are trading cum dividend up to 9th May 2011, whereas NMG shares will trade cum dividend until 31st May 2011.
