He did a great job while he was Rwanda’s Minister of Health and we wish him all the best at his new posting! Dr. Sezibera, do not forget the young people of the region when you occupy that big seat.

Losers: The converted trophy is taken by the three young people who were arrested in Rutsiro with 1,500 rolls of marijuana worth 1.5 million Rwandan Francs! People you need to realize that drugs are silent killers! They are very harmful to your health.
