DEFENDING champions APR are chasing for a 15th straight win in the Primus National Football League this afternoon when they entertain AS Kigali at Kigali Regional Stadium.

The army side is still unbeaten and head coach Ernie Brandts does not see why that should change today.

"The team is still hungry for more points so I don’t expect anything short of three points. AS Kigali is a good side but I believe we have enough fire power to see them off,” said the Dutchman who will be without three key players in Mutamba Chimanga, Victor Nyirenda and Didier Kapet.
The two Malawi internationals (Chimanga and Nyirenda) are suspended while Kapet is out with a knee injury.
AS Kigali are fifth on the table with 19 points, 23 points adrift of today’s opponents.

Elsewhere, second-placed SC Kiyovu play away to Musanze, Amagaju host Muhanga in Nyamagabe, Police take on Marine at Kicukiro while Rayon Sport face an uphill task against Etincelles at Umuganda stadium.

La Jeunesse hosts bottom-placed Mukura at Mumena stadium.
