Dear Editor,

The Kenya opposition leaders need to find an alternative way of handling the negotiations so as to achieve their objectives of coming to power. Mass protests should not be the only option.

They need to remember that many people have lost their lives, while others have been displaced and their houses and property destroyed. This has made the displaced people to stay in camps as refugees in their own country. Now the question is; if the people they want to rule are being killed by the opposition supporters, who are they going to rule incase they take over leadership? The economy has declined; studies have been interrupted as well as decline in both health and the industrial sector for instance the Naivasha flowering plant. Which categories of people are mostly being affected?

Let the Kenyan opposition leaders look for a way of restoring peace other than planting seeds of violence and hatred in the hearts of various tribes in Kenya every now and then. Let the leaders show good examples to the common man and all the citizens will follow suit. Let the leaders soften their hearts for the sake of the common man.
