Bank of Kigali (BK) received an international award in recognition for its quality customer care and consistent business performance.

In a function that was held in Berlin, Germany, on Monday, the award was presented to Januario Mucyo, the Marketing Manager of BK, by Otherways Management and Consulting, a Paris based research organization.

Speaking to the Business Times, Mucyo said that for BK to be listed alongside the other 51 international companies which were also awarded means a lot, in terms of the efforts the bank management puts towards offering quality services.

"BK is doing everything possible to be where it is now; we were chosen because of our track record and the consistency we have shown in providing quality services to our clients,” Mucyo said.

Other companies that were awarded include Dubai Electricity Company, Dubai Police and Hindustan Aeronautics Company of India amongst others.
