Police, who are fresh from a commanding 3-0 win over Muhanga at the weekend, are third on the league table with 23 points and know that a win over the Blues will leave them three points behind SC Kiyovu who are second.
Ahead of the match, Police’s Serbian coach Kopunovic Goran stressed how important it is for his guns to maintain their good run.
"Of late, we have been playing well and getting the results so it is very important that we keep that run going.”
"While winning the league is a little too much to ask, a second spot finish is definitely within reach,” he said.
Rayon, which lost two coaches (Andy Mfutila and Emmanuel Ruremesha) in a space of three weeks suffered a humiliating 2-1 defeat against Minnows over the weekend and have left a big section of club fans calling for a major overhaul at the club.
In other fixtures, Etincelles host Mukura, Musanze travels to Nyamagabe to play Amagaju, while AS Kigali entertains Marines at Mumena stadium.
