THE National women football league continues this afternoon with champions AS Kigali looking to widen their lead over second placed Rambura.

The Kigali City Council currently enjoys a three-point lead over Rambura and is eager to increase the gap when they take on Bugesera.

"The team is playing well so I don’t expect anything short of three points this weekend,” AS Kigali coach Grace Nyinawumuntu said.

In other league matches, Rambura entertain Inyemera in Gicumbi, Remera Rukoma take on Muhoza, Ruhango play against Rubavu while 2008 champions APR host Les Lionnes.
