Yesterday’s  the RSE picked up from the previous day’s slow activity.  The market recorded a total turnover of Rwf 74, 640,000 from 426,600 Bralirwa shares traded in three transactions.  

The Brewery shares closed at Rwf175.
At the end of the formal trading session, there were buyers of 1 million and 276,400 Bralirwa shares at Rwf170 and Rwf175 respectively, and no sellers.

The NMG and KCB counters did not record any activity but the closing prices for their shares were Rwf1200 and Rwf180 respectively.

The KCB shares and the Nation Media Group shares are still trading cum dividend up to May 9 and May 31, 2011, respectively.
