I would like to react to a story that appeared in yesterday’s issue of The NewTimes titled: "Gatsinzi dismisses Kayumba’s attempt to hold refugees hostage.”
Kayumba and his group should know that Rwanda is governed by the rule of  law. The coutnry is peaceful and there is no reason why Rwandans should live as refugees.

Today, all Rwandans enjoy equal rights and there is no discrimination. What is clear is that efforts by Kayumba would be in vain because the reality on the ground speaks for itself.
