I wish to express my gratitude to the Government for the promise to extend multi-sectoral support to the Government of Somalia to overcome problems caused by the civil war in their country.  The support is timely because the people of Somalia have suffered for many years.

 Rwanda’s move to assist in capacity building of the war-torn country’s public services and training of its security forces would certainly improve the general welfare of our African brothers and sisters

Africa belongs to us all  and we should always strive to work towards a peaceful continent. It would be a noble act if other African countries joined hands with the people of Rwanda to help the Somali people to regain their dignity
