Editor,

Allow me, through your newspaper ,to commend the arrest of a Ugandan man, Richard Niyonsenga, who is suspected to have killed Dick Ndatira, a parliamentary aspirant for the Kisoro District seat, during the recent elections in Uganda.
Rwanda is not a safe heaven for criminals and I urge fellow Rwandans to help police fight crime  not only in our country but in the region as well.

I believe this move will be reciprocated by Ugandan authorities, by arresting some people suspected to have committed several crimes and fled to Uganda. There are reports that some Genocide suspects are living in Uganda under assumed names.

Rwanda is a country whose governance is based on the rule of law. However criminals should not be protected but hunted down to face justice.
