The Minister of East African Community, Monique Mukaruriza, said in an interview that President Nkurunziza, in his capacity as Chairman, will address the assembly on the blocs’ progress as well as projections for next year.
"Every year, the chairperson of EAC makes a State of EAC address and updates the summit on the priorities of the community,” Mukaruriza said.
