THE second division league enters its eighth day this afternoon with only seven points separating the top six clubs in Group A and B.

And with only two Primus league slots available, this year’s edition promises to be a stiff affair.

At the end of the regular season, the top four clubs in each group will face-off in the playoffs were the top two will earn promotion into the top flight.

This afternoon, Group A leaders Espoir will be chasing for their fifth win against Zebres.

Elsewhere, Union host Kirehe, Esperance play Rwamagana while National University of Rwanda (NUR) take on new boys United Stars.

In Group B, Pepiniere hope to maintain their one point lead with a win over Unity.

Nyanza take on Intare at Kamena stadium, Interforce host Etoile de l’ Est while Kibuye entertain Stella Maris.
