I was shocked when I had comments on the BBC’s ‘Gahuza Miryango’ program on Monday,  from Charles Kambanda, arguing, shamelessly that FDLR is an innocent group.

This so-called Professor has got it wrong.Kambanda ought to know that the FDLR, or the so-called Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda, is a militia group, today categorized by the US State Department as a terrorist outfit.

He should know that this group is largely made up of former interahamwe militias and ex-government forces responsible for the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
