What they say:

"Parents should take care of their children. For example, like taking them to schools if they are still young. This will reduce the number of accidents.”

Dina Mitali, 9, P.3.

"Before crossing the road, the first thing children should do, is to look from left to right. When they look both sides, they can see if there are vehicles coming.”

Fatuma Uwera, 13, P.5.

"All the traffic signals should be valued by the people who are using the road. There are some road signs that drivers no longer respect like the Zebra crossing especially when there is no Traffic police officer.”

Kevin Mupenzi, 11, P.6.

"Traffic Police officers should be increased most especially along schools that are on the roadsides.  They can help the pupils to cross the road thus reduce on the road accidents.”

Queen Uwera, 12, P.6.
