Editor,

I read with delight, an article in yesterday’s issue of The New Times, that two Genocide suspects have been arrested in Belgium.

Indeed, there are a number of suspects who are living free, yet they committed heinous crimes during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.

Some have gone on to acquire new names and nationalities, in an attempt to stay incognito and evade justice.
Such arrests send a clear message – You can run, but you can’t hide forever.
